Role Description
New workshop opening soon! As an HGV Technician, you'll play a key role in inspecting, servicing, and repairing our fleet of heavy goods vehicles to the highest standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, professional team where your expertise will be valued and rewarded.
Duties:
- Routine maintenance and repairs on HGVs and trailers.
- Diagnosing and resolving faults using the latest diagnostic tools.
- Completing inspections in line with DVSA standards.
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
Required Certification & Experience:
- Level 3 qualification in HGV Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working on HGVs in a workshop environment.
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and attention to detail.
- HGV Class 1 or 2 licence (desirable but not essential).
- IRTEC accreditation (bonus but not required).
