Role Description

Duties:
- Carrying out servicing, inspections, and repairs on HGVs to DVSA standards.
- Diagnosing faults and performing mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Ensuring vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and compliant.
- Keeping accurate service records and job cards.
- Working independently during night shifts while maintaining high standards.
Required Certification & Experience:
- NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in HGV maintenance and repair.
- Strong diagnostics and fault-finding skills.
- A team player with a good work ethic and attention to detail.
- HGV Licence (Class 1 or 2) – desirable but not essential.
- IRTEC accreditation or equivalent – a bonus.
