Role Description
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Trailer Technician to join our skilled team working on a wide range of commercial trailers. If you're confident with diagnostics, repairs, and trailer servicing – this is the opportunity for you!
Duties:
- Carrying out routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on trailers to DVSA standards.
- Diagnosing faults and replacing or repairing components (e.g. brakes, suspension, electrics).
- Performing inspections and completing associated documentation.
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.
- Ensuring all work meets quality and compliance standards.
Required Certification & Experience:
- Previous experience as a Trailer Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical skills with good knowledge of trailer systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Welding/fabrication experience is a bonus.
