To assist the Depot Manager to manage the workshop to ensure a profitable & efficient site that meets or exceeds customer expectations and STC targets. This role involves working directly with our team of technicians and ordering parts for vehicles so industry knowledge is desirable.

The role involves, amongst other tasks:

· Raising of job cards, estimates & invoices as required and update status of jobs on the system in an accurate and timely fashion.

· Planning the workload to ensure customer requirements are met.

· Scheduling of work and managing flow of works

· Maintaining schedules for all customers

· Liaising with customers regarding service schedules, updates, authorities and completion of work.

· Liaising with the workshop to ensure that times booked to jobs are monitored and parts are ordered and available for the job at the correct time.

· Processing purchase orders accurately

Hours Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm, with alternate Saturdays 7am-12pm
